ClauseBridge is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and for account data processed in the ClauseBridge platform. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@clausebridge.no.
When you submit the contact or demo request form we collect your name, work email, company, country, and optionally your job title, phone number and message, together with the time of submission and confirmation that you accepted these terms. We also record a hashed technical identifier used solely for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Enquiry data is used to respond to your request, arrange demonstrations, and manage the resulting sales conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
For customers, we process account data and the content your organisation uploads in order to deliver the service. Customer documents, clause assessments and project information are never used for marketing and are never included in sales notifications.
We use a small number of processors for hosting, database services and email delivery, all bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact unless a customer relationship is established, in which case customer retention terms apply. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to privacy@clausebridge.no. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and administrative actions in the platform are logged. Security questions can be sent to security@clausebridge.no.
We may update this notice as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
